Silk scarf woven by hand in Jacquard technique. The scarves are of excellent fineness, brilliant shine and highest suppleness and are feather light. The material is 100% mulberry silk of best quality. 

Using a technique specially developed in our workshop, various shades of blue were applied by hand to the entire warp before weaving. The scarf shimmers in different colour intensities and natural light reflections are intensified. The weft yarn was also dyed by hand with light nuances. This gives the fabric a very special depth of colour and makes it shimmer like a jewel.

Over the whole scarf runs our jacquard pattern "Jugendstil", a twisted tendril motif, which we were inspired by the Viennese Art Nouveau architecture. The ends are set off with a narrow strip in linen weave and have fringes about 2 cm long.
